Our guideline document provides detailed guidance on all the considerations for planning and developing advertising for food supplements. The guideline has been approved by PAGB’s Primary Authority, Cambridge and Peterborough, which has confirmed that products and advertising adhering to the requirements in this guideline would be considered compliant with the current interpretation of food law.
We require our members to adhere to the principles of the guideline and ensure advertising copy is reviewed and approved by the PAGB team as required.
