Room hire

Looking for a central London venue to host your meeting?

PAGB’s offices in New Penderel House, Holborn, offer flexible office space for our members to use. Our meeting rooms are now available for members to hire on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The Orange Room is our larger meeting room with space for up to 16 people. For a smaller meeting, teleconference, or workspace for the day, the Green Room accommodates up to eight people.

Both rooms are equipped with AV equipment, telephone and fibre-optic broadband, tea, coffee and water as standard. Further refreshments are available on request.

What’s included?

• Both meeting rooms have AV and teleconference facilities.
• Included in the cost of room hire is the use of audio visual equipment: PC with HDMI port & USB; extra-large tv screen; telephone; flip chart or dry white board; and free WIFI.
• Tea/coffee/water & biscuits are included.
• Both rooms are air conditioned.
• For an additional charge PAGB will also arrange sandwich lunch if required, this will be served in your meeting room. Lunches must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Email events@pagb.co.uk for more information.

Terms and conditions of booking

• Members may not book meeting rooms on behalf of non-members
• To get the full members or associate members rate, at least one attendee must be from the UK business
• Provisional bookings will be released after 10 days if we have not received written confirmation of your meeting request.
• 50% of the booking fee will be charged for any cancellation with less than 10 days’ notice.
• Meetings must be held within the meeting room booked. If you require additional space, please contact us in advance to check availability
• Half day bookings run strictly from 9.15am – 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 4.45pm. Please note, there is no access to the meeting rooms before 9am or after 5pm.
