What is associate membership?

PAGB associate membership is for organisations that offer (or could offer), services to PAGB or our member companies. These could be anything from advertising agencies, PR consultancies and regulatory consultancies, to marketing agencies, sales and distribution companies and public affairs agencies, and everything in between.

You’ll have direct access to our advertising compliance expertise, allowing you to submit copy on behalf of your clients if they’re in membership.

Here’s what’s on offer to all PAGB associate members

Demonstrate your specialism in consumer healthcare

We’ll feature your company logo on the PAGB website, within our supplier directory and you can use our membership logo on your corporate materials.

You can promote and share your expertise with the wider membership network through PAGB newsletters, content and by hosting exclusive webinars for PAGB members.

Expert regulatory and advertising support

You’ll have direct access to our advertising and regulatory services on behalf of PAGB member companies.

Whether it’s changes following EU exit, pack design reviews, reclassifications or complex ingredient issues, our in-house experts will guide you through the evolving regulatory landscape. We’ll keep you up to date via regular member-only email intelligence briefings and need-to-know alerts.

Authoritative training and workshops

Our suite of training workshops covering regulatory and advertising rules for OTC medicines, medical devices and food supplements are heavily discounted for associate members and we offer bespoke workshops, available in-house and online.

Representation and influence

Members are encouraged to join our working groups to discuss and influence industry issues and contribute to PAGB activity on regulatory, advertising, public affairs and communications matters.

A media voice

We provide expert comment and opinion to the media about self-care, OTC medicines, self-care medical devices and food supplements and work on behalf of our members to protect and enhance the reputation of the consumer healthcare industry in the media and with the public to promote and encourage self-care.

Day to day benefits

Associate members can make use of PAGB’s central London meeting rooms at heavily discounted rates and use of hot-desks at our offices (both subject to availability).

Cost to join

Associate membership costs £2,950 + VAT (at 20%) per year and is charged on a pro rata basis from the date you join. Associate membership covers you and colleagues working within the UK consumer healthcare department.
